Hi Luke, Apologies it's a bit late but here is my venue report for Uno Mas. Uno Mas was an excellent venue this summer. Sian & John, the proprietors - as well as all staff - were extremely supportive and welcoming. We had good communication with the venue beginning several weeks before the Fringe. Sian / John provided good staffing support to accommodate audiences. They invested in curtains to separate the back part of the bar - performance space - from the front bar area, allowing more focus and better sound for the performances. Sian / John were happy with the footfall that the performances brought it and they felt that this summer went much more smoothly and successfully than 2024, whcih was their first time as a PBH venue. Sound is very good in the performance space. We did use a PBH PA system, which is a good thing as performers have control of it. Lighting in the venue space is fine, but a bit low. Could benefit from 1 or 2 theatre lights possibly added in addition to the venue lighting - but this is really a small thing. Great venue! Great support from Sian / John & all staff, Very easy & positive experience overall.
